Where are you located?
We're located in and ship from Vancouver, Canada, where we began in 2015. Our products are designed locally and we have manufacturing partners in Canada, USA and Asia.
How long does shipping take?
We do our best to ship orders out within (1) business day. For Canadian customers, we ship via tracked, expedited parcel and standard shipping times are 2-8 days depending on your location. For US and International customers, your total cost of shipping and average shipping times are shown for the shipping type you choose at checkout.
Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?
YES, when you meet our free shipping threshold listed at the bottom of our site. We also offer discounted flat-rate shipping within Canada and standard rates in the USA and International.
What is your return policy?
Generally, you have 14 days after delivery to return a product. Have a look at the specifics by reviewing our Refund Policy Page. If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll always do our absolute best to take care of you.
Do you offer local pick-up?
Yes, we offer free local pick-up in Vancouver for orders over $20.00. If you want to place an order for local pick-up, please contact us and we'll be happy to help arrange it for you.
